Lamb is now available and pricing is based on pieces, small boxes, half lamb or whole lamb,with other kinds of meats to follow during the spring and summer plus eggs. Brangus beef, a superior quality of cattle – 3/8 Brahman and 5/8 Angus – raised primarily for meat production, will be offered in the near future!

Quiet and serene Rodgersville, Tennessee – a place where livestock and the natural environment can thrive together, with the use of covered crops plus grasses and forbs for the animals to graze.

It is not necessary. By keeping the animals in clean, fresh, rotations of pastures, the animals do not stay in the same spot for a very long time, therefore hormones are not needed for growth. We are also using the right genetics with the right for the breeds for natural growth making the meat sweeter and tasting better than traditional livestock.

Yes! Our animals enjoy grasses and forbs, eating daily at will. They are always roaming, grazing-free, naturally. The way they should be! We are in a new location and currently supplement with some grain – it is the best, vitamin & mineral fortified, USDA inspected grain we obtain through our partnership with a farm co-op to ensure the livestock gain the best nutrition and energy!

In New Jersey – George’s Wine Shop in Branchville, plus also though dining experiences at the North Shore House Restaurant in Swartswood.
We are expanding to more retail locations, and want to offer other options such aslamb bacon and sausage. We are in the process of determining how to offer direct shipping from the farm.Check back soon!
